HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON SHOPPYMORE?

You can buy a product easily via Shoppymore’s website or Shoppymore App. Before you do so, ensure you have signed up for a Shoppymore account.

To place an order on the Shoppymore website, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the Product Details page of the item you would like to purchase and select 'Add to Cart'.

Step 2: Some products may require you to select the variations before you can place an order (e.g. colours, size, flavours and so on).

Note: The minimum quantity is set to 1 by default. Click on the (+) icon if you would like to purchase more than 1 item.

Step 3: Click on the 'Add to Cart' button once again.

Note: If you're unable to buy or add the item to your cart, the item might have a limited stock quantity. There are high chances that someone else already did and the product is now out of stock. Kindly refresh the page after for the stock to be updated and you may try again. 

Step 4: Click on the 'Checkout' button.

Note: You can continue shopping or add other products to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Continue Shopping' button.

Step 5: Ensure all the Shipping Address details are correct. If you would like to change the Shipping Address, click on the 'Edit' button. If you want to add or create a new profile click 'Create a new profile'.

Step 6: Ensure the box on Billing Address is unchecked. 

Note: Check the box if your Shipping Address and Billing Address are different. Then fill out the details correctly.

Step 7: Select the Shipping Method for this order.

Step 8: Select the Payment Method for this order. For a smooth and easy transaction, you may use your Shoppymore E-Wallet to pay for the item.  

Step 9: Check all boxes and click on the 'Place Order' button to proceed with the transaction.

Step 10: Once your payment has been confirmed, you will see a Payment Success page. Click on 'View Orders' or 'Order Details' to view the order status.

At this stage, the status of your order would be 'Order Placed' to 'Order Packed'. The seller will update the status of your order from time to time. Once the seller has shipped out the item, the status will change to 'Order Shipped'.

All that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep!

On a side note, you will be receiving an order number and an order confirmation email upon a successful transaction.
