HOW TO START SELLING ON SHOPPYMORE?

1. Account Registration

Once you open the website, click ‘Sell with Us’.

Or

Choose a plan by clicking 'Sign Up'.

Fill required information. Do ensure to click all the checkboxes and click ‘Submit'.

2. Sign In

Shoppymore will approve your submission. Then, you will receive an email with a link and your temporary password.

Sign in with your temporary password at the link given.

3. Upload KYC

After signing in to the vendor panel, the seller needs to upload the KYC. KYC is required and mandatory for a vendor account to be active.







Once done upload file click ‘Create’ to save.

4. Setting Vendor Detail

After the vendor account is active, a vendor can update their detail on the ‘Vendor’ menu.


Fill in all the required detail such as general, add-ons, description, logo, terms & conditions, and product quick info page.

5. Upload product

Now start listing products for sale. Add a photo and input all your product details. Click on the ‘Product’ menu to create a product.


Once all the details have been filled in, then click the ‘Create’ button.

Once, you have completed all the steps, your products are now live on Shoppymore. You are now officially a Shoppymore seller!

TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR SHOP PERFORMANCE

1. Make sure to provide the product image and product description that are genuine, complete, and understandable to increase the customer’s confidence towards your product. (e.g., more product photos showing the different angles of the product)

2. Give proactive customer service. When a customer asks about the product, the positive response is that the purchaser's chance of buying increases.

3. Not to forget to add the #hashtag on the product description to allow the buyer to easily find your product when they search for the keywords related to your product.

4. Always check your stock inventory and update regularly to reflect the actual stock count. If an order is canceled due to out-of-stock, this will not only frustrate your customers, your shop's reputation will be affected too.

5. Check your shop daily or periodically for incoming orders. It will be great to process the order promptly and ship out the order quickly, or at least within the promised delivery window.

You have the option to add a shipping fee or give free shipping to your customers. If you want free shipping for buyers, you can tick on a free shipping checkbox, and if not, you can untick it.

viii. What are the prohibited products on Shoppymore?

Products that are in accordance with a country’s laws and governmental organizations can be sold. Generally, you cannot sell any of the following products in any of the countries:

  • Animal and wildlife products (including, without limitation, wild animals)
  • Artifacts and antiquities
  • Used cosmetics
  • Counterfeit currency and stamps
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Currency or credits including, without limitation, digital currency or credits, and stored value cards
