Langkah Memuat Naik Produk di Shoppymore

Pertama, anda perlu log masuk ke panel atau papan pemuka Shoppymore dengan menggunakan email dan kata laluan anda.

Jika anda belum mendaftar dan ingin tahu caranya anda boleh lihat di Mendaftar & Memuat Naik KYC di Shoppymore.

Selepas log masuk, anda akan berada di Homepage panel atau papan pemuka stor anda. Anda boleh ikut langkah seterusnya.



Maklumat asas yang diperlukan iaitu General, SEO, Quantity Discount, Add-ons, dan Tags.


1. General



Kriteria utama haruslah sama bagi setiap produk. Vendor dilarang meletakkan kriteria utama yang berbeza. Ini akan menjadi salah satu punca produk anda tidak diaktifkan. Gambar di bawah menunjukkan contoh kriteria utama yang sama.


Jika vendor mendapati kategori yang mereka pilih tidak mempunyai kriteria utama yang sama. Kami menasihati untuk memilih satu sahaja kategori yang terbaik untuk produk tersebut. Gambar di bawah adalah contoh vendor memilih satu sahaja kategori kerana kategori "Flower" tidak mempunyai kriteria yang sama.

Pengurusan Produk dengan Lebih Lanjut

Selepas memuat naik produk dan mengisi maklumat asas produk, vendor perlu mengisi beberapa lagi maklumat penting/diperlukan untuk mengaktifkan produk.



Maklumat tambahan yang diperlukan iaitu Variations, Shipping properties, Subsribers, Features, Buy Together, Attachments, Required products.


1. Shipping Properties

Berat (kg) adalah maklumat penting bagi produk yang dimuat naik. Vendor/penjual haruslah mengisi berat sesebuah bungkusan produk untuk kegunaan penghantaran oleh kurier Shoppymore.

Shoppymore mempunyai 6 jenis kurier yang boleh dipilih oleh vendor/penjual iaitu: Aramex, City Link, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Easy Parcel/Poslaju, dan Teleport. Kesemua kurier Shoppymore akan datang ke rumah atau kedai jualan vendor untuk memungut bungkusan pesanan.

3. Features

Brand merupakan salah satu maklumat penting bagi produk. Vendor harus memilih satu Brand yang tersenarai. Jika Brand vendor tidak tersenarai, vendor boleh meminta pihak Shoppymore atau Admin Shoppymnore untuk mereka satu Brand khas untuk vendor.

Brand vendor direka mengikut maklumat yang akan diberi oleh vendor kepada admin dengan syarat brand tersebut adalah hak milik vendor/penjual. Jika ia bukan hak milik vendor/peniaga, vendor/peniaga haruslah menyerahkan satu surat kebenaran daripada pemilik asal brand kepada admin. Jika vendor tidak memiliki surat kebenaran tersebut, Shoppymore menasihati vendor untuk memilih "No Brand" sahaja pada Brand.

Bahagian yang paling penting untuk Pengurusan Produk ialah Berat di Shipping Properties, dan Brand di Features. Semua maklumat penting akan dintandai dengan tanda " * ".

Jika vendor telah selesai mengisi kesemua maklumat penting dengan lengkap, admin akan mengesahkan produk vendor dalam tempoh 3 hari waktu bekerja. Kini produk vendor telah live di website Shoppymore!
